The main accused of the Sikandrarao accident, Dev Prakash Madhukar, is posted as a technical assistant in MNREGA in Etah district. After the accident, preparations have also begun to take action against him for termination of service. Seeing his dedication in organizing satsangs, he was given the responsibility of the main sevadar.
Devprakash had taken permission from the sub-district magistrate of Sikandrarao for the satsang held in Fullerai Mughalgarhi of Sikandrarao. Due to this, he was on the police radar after the incident. His house in Sikandrarao is locked. The police have raided his house several times.
About 10 years ago, Dev Prakash left Salempur village of Salempur Gadri village panchayat of Awagarh block of Etah district and settled in Sikandrarao. Currently, he is living in Damadpura new colony of Sikandrarao. As soon as he came to Sikandrarao, he joined Bhole Baba’s Manav Mangal Milan Sadbhavana Samagam Samiti and gradually, seeing his dedication towards the work related to organizing satsangs, Dev Prakash got the responsibility of chief sevadar.
However, Devprakash’s mother Brahma Devi and father Ram Singh still live in the ancestral house in Salempur village of Avagarh. Devprakash’s elder brother Akhilesh Kumar works as a lineman in the Electricity Corporation located in Nidhauli Kalan. While living in his ancestral village, he got associated with the satsang of Narayan Sakar Hari Baba. As soon as he came to Sikandrarao, he got the responsibility of the chief sevadar due to his involvement in the satsang activities here.
